How it works

1. Apply. Tell us about your unit and your role.
2. Authorize. Confirm that you can approve use of the patch design.
3. Give back. We verify the terms in writing before production, then donate 15% of each sale.

Why permission matters

Permission may not always be legally required, but we believe asking is the right thing to do. We will not use a unit’s identity without making a meaningful commitment to give back.

Apply below

In the message field, include your name and title, unit and agency, how you are authorized to represent the unit, the donation beneficiary, and a short description of the patch.

Please also include: “I certify that I am authorized to submit this request on behalf of the specialty unit named in my application.”
