Authorized representatives of charitable organizations can apply to partner with MicroPatches on a patch product that supports their mission.

15% of every sale goes back to the approved participating charity.

How it works

1. Apply. Tell us about your organization and its mission.
2. Verify. Confirm your authority and the organization’s nonprofit status.
3. Give back. We approve the design and written terms before production, then donate 15% of each sale.

In the message field, include your name and title, charity name and website, EIN or 501(c)(3) information, mission, how you are authorized to represent the organization, and a short description of the proposed patch.

Please also include: “I certify that I am authorized to submit this request on behalf of the charitable organization named in my application.”

Submitting this form expresses interest only. MicroPatches will verify eligibility, authority, and all terms in writing before production.
