Shipping

All orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona to U.S. addresses. Ready-to-ship items — MicroKeychains, MicroMagnets, MicroPins and MicroCharms — are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery address — you'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Flexible patches, MicroFlexBadges and challenge coins are custom order only. We do not stock them — each one is made to order from your artwork, so they ship on the custom order timeline below rather than the 1–3 day ready-to-ship window.

Custom and bulk orders are made to order and ship after your design is approved and produced. Typical turnaround is about 1 week after approval; we confirm a timeline on your invoice.

Returns & Refunds

Ready-to-ship items: Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition.

Defective or damaged in transit: If anything arrives flawed or damaged, we'll replace or refund it — just reach out with a photo and we'll make it right.

Custom orders: Because custom pieces are made to order from your artwork, custom items and the one-time $25 design fee are non-refundable. If there's a production defect, we'll always correct it.

MicroFlexBadges and badge replicas: These are cut and printed to your specific badge, so they are non-refundable once produced. Two things decide whether a badge comes out right, and both come from you: the badge number you type on the quote form, and the dimensions you give us — every MicroFlexBadge is made true to size, so both are required. We build from what you send, so please check both before you approve your proof. If we make an error against your approved proof, we remake it at no cost.
