Pink Patch Project Program

Submit your agency’s existing pink patch, or start with its standard patch design and let us turn it pink. An existing pink version is not required.

15% of every sale goes back to your agency’s Pink Patch initiative or its designated 501(c)(3) nonprofit partner.

How it works

1. Apply. Tell us about your agency, the design, and the Pink Patch initiative you want to support.
2. Authorize. Confirm that you can approve use of the agency’s design.
3. Review. We confirm the artwork, donation beneficiary, and program terms with you before production.
4. Give back. Approved designs become available for everyone to purchase, helping generate donations with every sale.

Can you turn my badge pink?

Yes—we would love to. The right route depends on whether the badge can be offered to everyone or is personalized to you.

• A badge shared by your department: A standard department badge without a personal name, individual badge number, or other personal details can be considered for the Pink Patch program.
• A personalized badge: If the design includes your name, badge number, or other details specific to you, please use our custom-order form for a personalized pink badge.

To maximize the donations we can generate, this program focuses on designs we can produce repeatedly and make available for everyone to buy. A department-wide patch or badge can support that goal; a badge personalized to one person belongs in a custom order.

Include your name and title, agency or department, how you are authorized to represent the agency, the donation beneficiary, and a short description of your design. Tell us whether you already have a pink patch or would like your standard patch transformed into pink.

Please also include: “I certify that I am authorized to submit this request on behalf of the agency named in my application.”
