PROCESSING TIME
In-stock MicroKeychain orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Custom orders require 2–4 weeks after design approval, with a more precise timeline confirmed on your Shopify invoice.
WHERE WE SHIP FROM
All MicroPatches products ship from our workshop in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We ship via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. Typical delivery windows after the package leaves our workshop:
• USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Total order-to-doorstep time is typically 5–9 business days. Shipping speed at checkout is selected by you and reflects actual carrier rates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping options, when available, appear at checkout based on destination. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Delivery times vary widely by region.
TRACKING
You'll receive a Shopify shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking is also available in your Shopify customer account.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email OfficialMicroPatches@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and (if applicable) photos of any damage. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help recover them.
