All orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona to U.S. addresses. Ready-to-ship MicroKeychains are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery address — you'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Custom and bulk orders are made to order and ship after your design is approved and produced. Typical turnaround is about 1 week after approval; we confirm a timeline on your invoice.

Returns & Refunds

Ready-to-ship items: Unused MicroKeychains may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition.

Defective or damaged in transit: If anything arrives flawed or damaged, we'll replace or refund it — just reach out with a photo and we'll make it right.

Custom orders: Because custom pieces are made to order from your artwork, custom items and the one-time $25 design fee are non-refundable. If there's a production defect, we'll always correct it.
