The rules for using officialmicropatches.com and placing orders with MicroPatches.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of officialmicropatches.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from MicroPatches ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
MicroPatches is a small business based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, owned and operated by an active-duty law enforcement officer. We sell premium miniature patch products inspired by law enforcement, fire, EMS, military, and public safety patches.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order you represent that you can form a binding contract under applicable law.
All orders are processed through Shopify. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, mis-priced due to error, or if we suspect fraud.
Custom orders require a one-time $25 design fee per unique patch design (not per item) in addition to per-item pricing. There is no minimum order quantity. The design fee is non-refundable once design work begins.

By submitting a custom order request, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to decline any custom request. We do not reproduce licensed sports or entertainment IP, federal seals without authorization, or anything we cannot verify the ownership of.
Designs we create from scratch on your behalf are licensed to you for personal or agency use; the underlying production files remain ours. Patch artwork supplied by you remains yours.
All content on the Site — text, logos, photos, graphics, the MicroPatches name and word mark — is owned by MicroPatches or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or republish any part of the Site without our written permission, except as needed to use the Site as intended.
If you submit content to us (custom order images, reviews, messages), you grant MicroPatches a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of fulfilling your order and operating the business. You retain ownership of your content.
You agree not to use the Site to:
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicroPatches disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Color reproduction on physical products may vary slightly from on-screen images.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroPatches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold MicroPatches harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit (including custom order images).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
