No. There is no minimum order requirement. Order one MicroKeychain or a few hundred — the craftsmanship is the same.

Yes. There is a one-time $25 design fee per unique patch design. It covers digital prep, color matching, proofing, and tooling.
No. The design fee is charged once per unique patch design. Once a design is set up, reorders of the same patch don't pay it again.
MicroPatches products are made in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Designed, 3D-printed, UV-cured, and shipped from one workshop.
MicroPatches is active law enforcement owned. Run by an active-duty officer who wears the same kind of patches we make.

Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks after design approval. We'll confirm a timeline on your Shopify invoice.
All orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Standard orders go through the storefront; custom orders are invoiced via Shopify after we review your request.
Licensed sports or entertainment IP, federal seals without authorization, patches whose ownership we can't verify, or anything offensive to those who serve. If in doubt, ask first.
