One Flat Design Fee — Pre-Existing Designs

This covers pre-existing designs that may require small cleanup or adjustments to meet our print specifications. Send us your digital file or a clear photo of your physical patch and we take it from there. One time fee. That's it.

Our goal isn't profit on design fees. Every purchase brings us closer to our long term goal: a portion of every sale goes toward donations to families of fallen officers, veterans, and first responders. No minimum orders — every department, every unit included.

Need a Brand New Design?  We are happy to help create something entirely from scratch — memorial patches, retirement gifts, original commemorative designs. Pricing for fully new creations is negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Email us at officialmicropatches@gmail.com to start the conversation.

Bulk Order?  The $25 design fee can be waived entirely on qualifying bulk orders. Just ask. The $13.99 per unit product cost applies separately. Budget tight? Reach out — we will always work something out.

How to take your photo: Lay the patch flat on a solid-colored background (any single color works — table, floor, cardboard). Hold your phone directly above it and shoot straight down. No angles. No shadows across the patch if you can avoid it.

Your photo doesn't need to be professional — but the better the photo you send us, the higher quality micro patch we can make you.

We typically respond within 1 to 2 business days. $25 design fee — waivable on bulk orders. $13.99 per unit product cost. All custom orders are final sale.
